Outlander’s Golden Globe nominee, Caitriona Balfe is lending her voice to one of the characters of Netflix’s The Dark Crystal prequel The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance  according to Entertainment Weekly. 

Caitriona will be joining a cast of many Hollywoods finest such as Taron Egerton (Kingsman) who will be playing Rian, Anya Taylor-Joy (The Witch) cast as Brea, & Nathalie Emmanuel (Game of Thrones) as Deet, who are 3 Gelfling heroes.

The official story line from IMDB: “The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance” returns to the world of Thra, where three Gelfling discover the horrifying secret behind the Skeksis’ power and set out to ignite the fires of rebellion and save their world.
